Welcome to week 1 of our Weight Management hypnotherapy program! This week is all about setting the foundation for success. We recommend listening to the audio sessions twice a day for optimal effect, and our program also includes guidance on making better eating choices and incorporating exercise into your daily routine. However, please note that this program is not to be used if you have an eating disorder, and we strongly recommend consulting with a healthcare professional before beginning this program.
